Welcome to the website of Canton Chorus, a thriving and ambitious community choir based in the Cardiff suburb of Canton. As a community choir we are open to everybody – new members don’t have to undergo any form of audition. All we look for is enthusiasm and a willingness to learn; although the ability to read music is an advantage, it’s not a requirement.

We're excited to be back to rehearsals again on Wed Sept 13th at 7.30, with our acting musical director, Ben Teague

We'll be starting work on some cracking pieces for our winter concert

(Sat 27th January 2024 at St Johns Church in Canton):

Felix Mendelssohn - Lauda Sion Francis Poulenc - Gloria

We'd love to welcome new singers, so please do come along & try us out.

Although we're almost back to our pre-pandemic numbers, new members are always welcome ...
