Annual General Meeting
The Choir's AGM was held during the rehearsal break on October 22nd 2025. Brief annual reports and accounts (see below) were presented and votes taken to elect the 5 Trustees.

Planning Group Meetings​
Canton Chorus is a registered charity: No. 1166663. We hold Planning Group meetings on Zoom at least four times a year. The Planning Group routinely consists of Trustees (Five elected annually at our AGM), Part Reps, Librarian, Communications Lead, Web Site Lead, co-opted choir members, and our Musical Director. Choir members are asked to raise items with Part Reps or, if they wish, ask the Chair to arrange their attendance at a meeting. Records of each meeting will be posted below when available - click on the date and the PDF file will open in a new tab and can be downloaded if required.
